For those who are craving Greek theme ambiance and food, Cyma Restaurant is now open in Cebu. Cyma is located in Ayala Malls, and Boracay. Cyma has a unique distinction from its Greek foods that provides Philippine dining market one of the healthiest foods. Cyma has travelled to different parts of Greece to create the finest choices of foods to be offered to Filipinos. Their restaurant is also Greek themed which makes your experience more Greek and less Filipino.

Cyma launches its new menu which offers a wide range of healthy Greek foods, and integration of cultures and flavours. Cyma restaurants are usually packed with people so the best time to experience serenity and relaxing dining is during the afternoon on weekdays. That is , if you’re not busy.

Prices ranges from 200/dish to 400. It might be quite pricey but I assure you that your total Greek experience would be worth it. One of the enjoyable experience in Cyma is their staff shouting ” Opa” in serving their food. Opa refers to Hooray in Greek. Enjoy your time at Cyma restaurants and fell in love with Greece again.

Lately have I been failing in love again with the beaches. It just so happen that my hometown is blessed with white sand beaches. Up north where you could also relax is the Alegre Beach resort. The place is very peaceful and is way from the crowded city.

This is a more tranquil and serene accommodation offering beautiful glimpses of nature to honeymooners, leisure travelers and nature lovers. Enjoy your own private cabana when staying at the Alegre Beach Resort along with televisions, mini-bars and air-conditioning. International and local cuisines are served throughout the day at the Pavilion Restaurant while the Cliff Restaurant offers the islands freshest seafood and barbeque. After dinner is served and the sun sets, guests are treated to live cultural performances. For the active travelers, enjoy a host of water sports provided by the hotel like kayaking and snorkeling. There is a business center equipped to meet most company needs. Spend a day at the fitness center followed by long spa treatments and massages. Its location on Calomboya Sogo allows quick access to a nearby golf course.

The resort also offers different activities to enjoy during your stay.

Biking and Trekking
The unique landscape of high rocky cliffs and the scenic natural environment are perfect for biking and trekking.

Nearby Golf Courses
Two golf courses are less than an hour’s drive away.

Snorkeling
The clear waters of Alegre Beach Resort allows you to observe a variety of colorful reef fishes and corals up close.

Kayaking
Imagine gliding freely on the surface of the water, getting to see the beautiful sights of nature, and enjoying a cardiovascular workout while you are at it. This recreational sport is a great way to tone your chest and arms and can even be enjoyed by people with mobility disabilities.

Jet-skiing
No traffic. No speed cops. Zoom at top speed or just feel the wind in your face. Experience the thrill of the never-ending jet take-off. Experience freedom!

I onced lived my wat at Lapu Lapu City in Cebu. That happened when I forced my parents to allow me to live independently and find a job. I was based at Lapu Lapu and it has the finest beach resorts, work stations, restaurants and more. Lapu Lapu is quite a busy city and it has touched my heart in terms of peole, food and beach. Last time, my friends and I went to Sutukil. Its actually famous if your from the Philippines. All the delightful seafoods can bee found in one place.

tukil restaurants let you choose whatever you want cooked from stalls of fresh fish, prawns, crabs, seaweeds, shells, clams and even lobsters These seafood are as fresh as seafood can be and the crabs and lobsters on display are still alive as you pick which ones you want cooked. Sutukil eateries get their daily supply of fresh seafood from fishers in nearby islets.
Many people love to eat in the place and it’s packed on weekends, especially during mealtimes. When we got there last Thursday, however, we were the only customers in the eatery we chose as it was mid-afternoon on a weekday.

We chose a local fish, molmol, because its white meat is great for kinilaw. The woman who sold us the fish did not bother asking us how we want it prepared. When I asked her how it would be cooked, she simply said sutukil. Everyone who eats fish in the place get this triadic culinary treat: sugba, tula and kilaw.

Try out the yummy foods and the breeze of fresh air only at Cebu.

Just like the terraces, Asia Town I.T parks hold one of the best restaurants, bistro’s and the coolest jobs. Asia Town I.T Park is located at Lahug Cebu City. It is filled with delicious restaurants, fast foods, banks, spa’s, bookstores and clubs.

Embracing more than 24 hectares of prime industrial land at the center of Cebu City, Asiatown IT Park captures the vitality of its home-island. Conceived as an integrated special economic zone and modern trading center, Asiatown IT Park now vibrantly brings together top-class talent and technology in a community that was master-planned as a convergence of Asian architectural warmth and efficient Western functionality.

Sunstar made some interesting background on the establishment.

// // WANTING to tap the potential of Cebu as an emerging outsourcing destination for global firms, a Cebu-based family has converted its five-hectare property along Don Sergio Osmeña Blvd. in the North Reclamation Area (NRA), Cebu City into an information technology (IT) park.

The Go family started putting up the Qimonda IT Center in March 2008. It is expected to be complete by the end of this year, along with site development features like a taxi and bus terminal and a small park.

“We wanted to diversify and venture into real estate. We, being locals in Cebu and having an available property, decided to take advantage of the booming business process outsourcing (BPO) industry here,” said cousins Jonas and Albert Go, whose families are engaged in food manufacturing and agribusiness.

The six-storey center provides a total leasable space of about 22,800 square meters. It covers about half a hectare of the entire property, which used to be an idle lot that has been with the Go family for about a decade already.

The ground floor will be designed for al fresco dining, recruitment centers and logistics offices, while the second up to the sixth floors will be built for call centers and BPO facilities.

Visit Cebu and enjoy the wonders of dining and have the time of of your life as you wine, dine with your families.
