“This is a local chain of Italian restaurants with good food at decent prices. Generally Cebu offers greater value than Manila restaurants and 2nd generation Europeans greatly add to the local food culture. It has a branch on Mt Busay 15 min from the city, but with 2100 feet view over the city. Service there is not as good as in the city, but who cares? The view is great and the food is just as good. The branch near the airport has good service and great ambiance. Pastas (bolognaise, pesto) are great values.”
